Are you planning on listing your home for sale or your home has been on the market for some time ...no offers??? Then I suggest STAGING
I will try to explain briefly what staging entails:
Everyone has different tastes and styles in their homes. My job is to make it appeal to the current prospective buyer
Maybe move some furniture around, art, pictures, any type of wall accessories which may require re hanging or moving to another area. It is important to create a feeling of space and continuity. Eliminating clutter is a very important factor
Sometimes adding a fresh coat of paint in an area could be all that is necessary, unlikely, but possible
I use "your stuff” to do the staging. So there really isn’t a huge expense incurred
Sometimes …most times…a few items need to be purchased. It could be greenery, a couple of toss pillows, candles ...you get the idea. These few things could be the finishing touch that gives the room or rooms the "WOW" that will entice the prospective buyer to put in an offer
There is no doubt "staging” will increase the value of your home, visually and monetarily. Just look at the amount of shows on HGTV to see the realistic results from this successful process
I look forward to coming into your home and going treasure hunting in your nooks and crannies to make your home desirable for the new owner
