So, what is Staging?

There are two types of staging. One is where we come in with a truckload of furniture and accessories, remove some of your things and redecorate to make your home look great for a perspective buyer.

The second type of staging is the type my team and I provide most of the time. We come over and use "your stuff". We may have to move the furniture around, re-hang art or re-organize and eliminate some of your clutter, but the end result is one that reflects your style and is very cost effective

What we love doing most is going treasure hunting in your home to find the right finishing touches. You may not even realize you have a great table buried in the basement  that goes great with that vase in the living room and that picture thats hidden upstairs in the attic! This can complete a corner in your place that suits you perfectly that you never even dreamed of

Occasionally we may need to purchase a few things to achieve that punch or "WOW" factor. We usually get a designer discount on whatever we buy and we pass those savings on to you. Sometimes painting is required - there's nothing like a coat of paint to refresh and lift the spirits of your abode. The right color choice can sometimes make or break the selling of your home

The important thing is "neat, clean, tidy and fresh smelling!" Kitchens and bathrooms are first and foremost. Closets and cupboards should be well organized and the rest is up to us! 

If you have children it isn't necessary to remove all their toys and things to make your home presentable. Prospective realtors and buyers realize it is a family residence

Designing & Decorating

Your home is your Castle and should reflect your lifestyle. We're here to help you avoid making expensive decorating mistakes. Listening to and perfecting your ideas are at the top of my list. YOU live in your home, not me! Most people are not certain what they want but they seem to know what they don't want
